$120 & UP - This package is for the Big Spenders! This is the basic package with an UPscale Flair; Personalized Greeting with 25 maximum characters for a full daytime rental period; Each additional day is $45; Additional Words or Phrases up to 10 letters are $10 each.

RENTAL POLICY

A booking confirmation and payment request/invoice will be sent via text or email. Payment is required prior to delivery.

For the safety of everyone, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the Yard Card display. The XL Yard Cards display items WILL NOT support the weight of a child nor adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.

Your Yard Card display will be set up the night before or the morning of the event depending on weather and schedule.

Please discourage anyone from playing on or around the Yard Card display.

We encourage you to pose next to the Yard Card display to take photos, however, do not pull the signs from the ground, lean or sit on the Yard Display.

Please do not move or remove the Yard Card display items. Please make everyone aware of the policies and let them know that you are responsible for all decorations.

Please protect the Yard Card display from any damage that may be caused due to debris. lawn services, animals, etc.

DO NOT attach balloons nor lights to any part of the Yard Card display. It is dangerous and could cause damages.

Please arrange for your Lawn Maintenance Crew to come at least one day before we set up.

XL Yard Cards, LLC, and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, removal or disturbance of the Yard Card display while it is being rented.

Sprinklers must be off during delivery and pick up hours.

You are responsible for obtaining approval from the HOA, Board or Management of your development.

You are responsible for getting us entry access (to your gated community) during the delivery and pick-up times.

Please remove any animal feces from the yard before delivery.

Please do not vandalize the Yard Card display items or throw them in the garbage.

You agree to pay for missing or damaged Yard Card display items.

I furthermore grant permission and consent to XL Yard Cards to use photograph(s) of my yard display for publicity, illustrations, advertising, and web content.
REFUND POLICY

If you must cancel your booking within 48 hours, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your reservation rate as a refund or you may be credited for a future booking date, based on our availability.

In the event of inclement or severe weather, we may not be able to set up Yard Card displays. Inclement or severe weather includes, but is not limited to, lighting/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our XL Yard Card Installers or our Yard Card display in harm's way. We will attempt to reschedule, but if that is not possible, we will gladly issue a full refund.

No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

No refunds will be given due to the homeowner/honoree requesting us to remove the Yard Card display.

No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent us from setting up the Yard Card display.

No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the Yard Card display that are out of our control.
